Requirement of COVID-19 Negative Certificates for China-bound Passengers

To ensure the health and safety of international travel and reduce the risk of cross-border spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands has announced that, all China-bound passengers from the Netherlands, including transfer passengers and infants, are required to obtain a double COVID-19 PCR (in case the passenger has been vaccinated) or a single COVID-19 PCR plus a  IgM serology (in case they have not been vaccinated) negative certificates before boarding. Passengers are required to finish double PCR  or PCR/ IgM tests for COVID-19 within 2 days before boarding at institutions recognized by the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands and apply for a Health Declaration Form by submitting the  COVID-19 double PCR or PCR/IgM serology negative certificate to the Chinese Embassy.

As we are one of the recognized institutions, we can help you with this and you can schedule your test date with us by either scheduling your test on-line at one of our test locations, or you can call us and our English or Chinese speaking staff will help you to schedule your test.

You can apply for the combined test service (both PCR and IgM) if you're not vaccinated at all of our test facilities, or for the double PCR test if you have been vaccinated at our Velsen or Schiphol facility. Since recently, the Covid-19 tests are subject to VAT and the current cost for the PCR & IgM test is now 235, 95 euro (including VAT) and for the double PCR test 266, 20 euro (including VAT).
